Food Trucks at A to Zinnia in August!
As we enter the final month of summer, we want to help you make the most of it! During the month of August, we are proud to feature several local food trucks and produce vendors for our community to come and enjoy in the A to Zinnia Floral and Gifts parking lot. We are excited to share the schedule and information on each of our special guests and hope you find a few that you will add to your calendar for the coming month!
Scotty Biggs BBQ

Coming to us from Winnebago, MN, Scotty Biggs BBQ offers “mouthwatering meats, scratch-made sauces and sides, and top-notch customer service” (Scotty Biggs BBQ). Their mouthwatering menu features barbecue favorites like ribs, pulled pork, baked beans, mac and cheese, and so much more. Here are the dates that you can find them at A to Zinnia:

The Lemon Food Stand

This Blue Earth favorite is coming to New Ulm! We love this stand that serves fresh lemonade and delicious iced coffee drinks. Come by on these dates to get your fix!

Illegal Amigos

This local favorite from Sleepy Eye serves up mouthwatering Mexican and BBQ creations, and they tend to sell out fast! Stop by on these dates to enjoy one (or a few) of their signature dishes, and follow along on their Facebook Page for updates on what they will be serving.

Anderson Truck Farm

Based out of Lake Crystal, you can find this traveling truck, overflowing with locally grown sweet corn, on a variety of dates throughout August. They come when they have produce (mostly corn, but other items rotate as well) available, so keep your eyes peeled and be sure to stop by when they are parked in our lot!
We are so happy to be able to bring these local vendors to our community throughout the coming month and cannot wait to see you in the store when you stop by to visit them!
