The ideal candidate will be someone who has 2+ years of experience, is fun, energetic, creative, extremely hard-working, and who has strong communication and customer service skills. This team member will be able to uphold our culture of being professional, detail-oriented, and creative.
Responsibilities will include:
• Developing a strong understanding of the A to Zinnia design style, and the ability to accurately create custom floral arrangements based on established standards
• Confidently greet all customers and provide them with prompt and friendly service
• Communicating with customers over the phone and in person to share information about products or services
• Contributing to the consistent maintenance and refreshment of product displays
Ideal candidates will have:
• A love of flowers and plants
• Excellent professional communication skills
• A detail-oriented personality
• The ability to collaborate as a team player
• A self-motivated, enthusiastic, customer-centric approach
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• The ability to lift 30 pounds and go up and down stairs

• Floral training, design experience, or floral shop experience (preferred)
