Preparing for Your Consultation
We recommend that brides meet with us for their initial consultation at least 9-months before their wedding so they can lock in their wedding date. To prepare for your consultation and to ensure that we deliver florals that accentuate the beauty of your day, make sure you have the following items prepared prior to your initial consultation:
1. Confirm your wedding date, time, and venue(s) for ceremony and reception
2. Select your wedding colors and theme
3. Get total number in wedding party and family members who will need flowers
4. Photo inspiration; can include magazine images, Pinterest boards, etc.
5. Set wedding floral budget
6. Confirm number of tables that need flowers, i.e., guest tables, gift table, dessert table, etc.
Preparing these items ahead of time is invaluable for your initial consultation! It helps us to design and create the perfect flowers for your dream wedding.
Initial Consultation
Your initial floral consultation is an exciting day that makes your wedding feel even more real. We will meet and walk through all your wedding details and share our ideas for florals that will fit your theme and your budget. We want you to feel absolute confidence as an A to Zinnia bride, so we make sure you walk out of your consultation with all questions answered and knowing exactly what will come next.
Pricing
Every wedding has a unique budget and priorities, so we provide transparent pricing to give you a good idea of how much your wedding flower investment will be. We require a $100 deposit to lock in your wedding date for floral, and a $300 deposit for decor. On average, the cost for a bridesmaid’s bouquet starts at $70, and the bride’s bouquet starts at $150.
